Terms and Conditions

Please read these guidelines to ensure the smooth running of your programme, full terms of engagement are available on request.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances and personal reasons you may need to extend your programme, at this point the programme is valid for 16 weeks. Any outstanding sessions not taken beyond the 16week period will be forfeited.
• I appreciate that life just happens sometimes, and that flexibility is essential, so I have a 24hr cancelation period but after that point due to childcare commitments and clinic reservations I am afraid you forfeit the session.
• Payments can be made upfront in full or in two instalments – 50% at the time of booking and the second 50% after the initial consultation. This can be made by any card (Debit or Credit) or BACS transfer. Further details will be provided.
• Once payment has been made, it is advisable to book the first batch of appointments in advance due to diary availability, but this is obviously not mandatory.
